You agree to the below requirements, in doing so will bring great success with your session. As the client, you agree to be an active participant in this quantum hypnosis session. First you will set your intent to be clear why you are seeking a session. There can be many reasons one might seek a session, you may want to know your life path, which usually is related to work and creating abundance, you want to know what is available to you. You may be seeking for health reasons to learn and understand the energetic root or cause for specific health challenges. You may want to learn about your patterns in relationships. You may want to know about your spiritual origins and goals, discover your galactic history and how is your galactic history influencing your spiritual path. What fractals exist in your soul that are most beneficial in this current life.

You agree to connect with your Higher Self a week prior to the session by connecting mornings and evenings, in a sacred space of meditation, which can be 10 minutes or more just make the space to connect. This is where you will set your intent to balance the ego mind. You can say to yourself or both out loud. “I have clear and direct communication with my “Higher Self,” knowing that this expanded presence is within you and not external to you. Your Higher Self is “YOU” it has been with you for all your lives and has answers for you.

Practice, surrender and allowance when you are speaking to your Higher Self. Your ego mind will try to interfere when you are speaking to your higher self. When it tries to interfere, ask it with love and respect to step aside. Envision it as a child and give it a hug then explain that you are trying to do what is for our highest good. Envision yourself as a beautiful sunflower and your Higher Self as the vibrant radiant sun shining on you every day your Higher Self is one with source creator. The sunflower allows the sun to pour its radiance into it all day long by surrendering and allowing for this natural occurrence that takes place everyday.

If you have a candle, make sure that it is safe with nothing near it, make sure it is encased if you do not have a safe candle do not worry. If you have a selenite crystal or a clear quartz crystal or a rose quartz crystal, it can be used during the session. A black obsidian or black tourmaline black onyx and shungite can be used for grounding after the session.This is creating the space for this wondrous healing to take place.

It is required that you do not eat any meat the night before and the day of your session. You are also asked to drink lots of water during the week, water is a conduit. It is the powerful essence of water that keeps everything running smoothly like a river moving downstream. Just think of your vehicle that needs fuel so it can operate. Your body needs water so it can operate as well because water is equivalent to consciousness, it creates the strong connection to communicate with the other realms. As you drink each cup of water, set the intent to release what no longer serves you. and do not eat processed sugar such as candy bars, chocolate, drinking soda, drinking alcohol, or taking recreational drugs, no stimulants such as coffee or tea. We want to create a natural setting with no outside interference, these impede with the natural process of the session.

It is also asked of you to during the week prior to the session to take walks out in nature for at least 10 to 15 minutes, appreciating and connecting with your Higher Self as well, in doing so this is adding to the space that we are creating. We do not want to have the energy of outside disturbances to limit your session. You will also during the week prior with your meditation state that your Higher Self and team to ground you into the earth with strong golden roots, like the oak tree wrapped around the unbound heart of mother earth and to encase you with your own life force energy whatever color your higher self tells you to use that is what you will use. Make sure as well on the day of the session that you take a shower.

Make sure that your room where you will have your session is clean and free from clutter, get things in order, your environment represents you as a divine essence. If your environment is loud with lots of people you may have to go to an Airbnb or have the people in your home to leave for the day because they will be a disturbance in your session... You need to be in a quiet clean space for your session to run smoothly.
